It is easy for us to exclaim with the Psalmist, “the earth is full of your riches,” Psalm 104:24. That Psalm goes on to tell us “He places springs in the valley and streams that gush from the mountains - they give water for all the animals to drink, he sends rain upon the mountains and fills the earth with fruit. The mighty oceans teem with life of every kind both great and small. You supply and they gather it and you open wide your hand to feed them and they are satisfied with bountiful possession.”

O God, we are thankful for an earth that is full of your riches. Amen
